Janice focuses on the Management, Leadership and Empowerment of Eloquent Praise

Empowerment Dance Company.

Janice’s Business and Management Degree Qualification and back

ground of managing multiple groups of Dental Practices provided Knowledge, experience 

entrepreneurial skill set which allowed Eloquent Praise and Empowerment Dance Company to birth.

Janice had a vision and passion to see young children and developing youth reach their full potential expressing emotion through praise dance and empowerment mentoring. Most importantly Janice

has a yearning desire to see the ministry strive. 

Janice still working within the Business Management sector and founder/director of GENESIS DENTAL TRAINING still manages to oversee Eloquent Empowerment Mentoring, along with Administration and Registration at EPEDC this is with a huge support of the ELOQUENT Board, Team

and Pastoral/Youth Mentors working behind the scenes to provide an exemplary service for all dancers.

Romanah

Malcolm

Romanah is the Principal Dance Teacher of Eloquent Praise and Empowerment Dance Company.

Romanah is a Qualified Teacher with a BA honours in Primary Education and also a Qualified Dance Teacher under the IDTA international dance bodies. Romanah has also gained 16 years’ experience since dancing at the of age 6, along with achieving multiple dance qualifications in many genres of

dance.

Romanah keeps herself very busy dedicated to her gift, as she finds herself committed to running a community organisation, teaching full time, running a dance studio, organising events, mentoring young people, teaching dance workshops, writing, speaking at youth events, choreographing for national and international competitions, filming dance videos and continually maximizing her potential by giving back what God has given to her.

 

Romanah has received many honors, including recently being listed as one of Birmingham's top 30 most inspirational people under 30 #brum30under30 2019. She has also been featured in numerous media outlets including Newstyle radio, BBCWM, BBCONE ,Birmingham Mail, Birmingham MADE TV, Phoenix Newspaper, THE VOICE newspaper, and many others.

CLINT DUNKLEY

Clint is the Previous Youth Pastor /Head of Youth at Mount Zion Community Church, Clint is an Entrepreneur who also has over 16years experience in the security industry. Underpinned with that Clint works closely with key organisations in supporting them by setting up Youth Programmes, mentoring the youth and developing young people to become all they are destined to be. Clint has also been nominated for various awards including Entrepreneur of the year award 2019 as well as awards for his service to the community by providing Jobs for many young Black Men.

SELINA STONE​

Selina Stone is Tutor and Lecturer in Political Theology at St Mellitus College. She is currently undertaking PhD research at the University of Birmingham focussed on liberation and justice in Pentecostal theology and ministry. Before joining St Mellitus Selina worked as a community organiser and programme coordinator at the Centre for Theology and Community in East London. Committed to both academic work and practice, she is a trustee of Power the Fight, a charity which offers training, resources and support to communities that are seeking to bring about an end to youth violence. 

Selina has a passion for Young Girls - empowering them to be the best, mentoring and creating workshops for young girls is Selina’s Goals going forward.

NATHAN TURNER

Reverend Nathan Turner is the Assistant Pastor at NTCG The Rock, Birmingham from an early age Rev Turner has been active in ministry in various roles which has given him good grounding in churchmanship and a wealth of experience in community development. Nathan as he is affectionately known, is grateful to the church for giving Him opportunity to grow and develop in leadership capability. A particular highlight was a seven month placement in South Africa working with underprivileged children. This trip was a catalyst for youth work which Nathan describes as His passion.

Nathan is currently furthering his studies in Theology at the Queen's Foundation Theological Seminary. Using his training Nathan preaches and teaches in a flexible and innovative way to reach all listeners with the powerful truth of God’s word. As a Pastoral Manager Saltley Academy, Nathan is able to work with young people affecting change in their education and subsequent life prospects.

To conclude Nathan saving the ultimate best till last has been married to his best friend and confidant Julie for ten years and has a loving step daughter, who has given them three beautiful grand-children.
